Healthy Homemade Jello

I made this jello using healthy gelatin called Great Lakes Gelatin. I purchased the collagen joint care container and have been using it religiously. Healthy gelatin is awesome for your bones, hair, nails, skin, and overall health. It's a great source of protein and helps with hunger. It also is extremely great for your joints and digestion.I'm telling you, every household should have this stuff.

I love this stuff because you can make so many things out of it: hair treatments, masks, jello, marshmallows, chewy vitamins, broth, etc... Not only is it all good for you, it's super easy to make.

Ingredients:

3 cups of juice (I used organic cherry juice)
1 cup water
3 tablespoons of gelatin
3 tablespoons honey
1 orange (peeled and sliced for topping)

Directions:

Turn the heat to medium/low

Mix the juice, water and then gelatin into medium sized pot until combined. Mix the gelatin well. Let it simmer for a couple minutes and then mix honey into mixture. Transfer the liquid to your desired dish or bowl. Add the orange slices or whatever fruit you think will go great with your juice.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours

*You can add any flavor juice you want or any fruit on top. Mix and match to make your desired flavor of jello.
