Avocado Energy Smoothie


Looking for some energy and adding lots of nutrients to your body? Try adding this drink to your daily morning routine. This is a dairy free recipe and is made up of avocados, mangoes, bananas, apples, and coconut water. It is tasty and nutritious at the same time. I love drinking this because of how many nutrients you can get from all of these fantastic ingredients.

The coconut water gives your body energy because of all the electrolytes, the avocado gives you healthy fats and a smooth consistence to the drink, the apple is an excellent source of fiber which can regulate your bowels, the mangoes alkalizes the body for a more healthier state and adds a sweet taste, the banana keeps your blood sugar stable, is a natural anti-acid, and is a great source of potassium.

Can you see why I add these ingredients together?! They all fit well together and taste amazing.


Ingredients:

1 banana
1 apple
1 avocado
1/2 cup frozen mangoes
1/2 cup coconut water

(Optional: I added some protein or green mix)

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients in blender and blend until well mixed. Enjoy!
